You understand all call-out fees and job rates include the first hour of labour. Additional labour (by the hour), parts, or materials will be charged separately.
You will ensure safe, timely access to the premises, and pets are secured.
You confirm clear unobstructed access will be provided to the boiler, hot water system, and any related components.
You confirm the appliance will be switched off (so as to have time to cool down and can be worked on safely) for at least 4 hours prior to the appointment.
You understand Gassingitup Ltd supplies OEM parts only (for client safety & warranty retention reasons) and does not install client-supplied parts and/or components except in special circumstances agreed to in advance in writing.
You accept responsibility for payment of all work requested, even if you are not the property owner.
Please note:
Servicing job rates presumes a previously well-maintained/serviced appliance – Additional labour time/charges may apply for appliances that have not been previously well-maintained/serviced as per the Manufacturer’s Instructions and require extensive strip-down and cleaning
If a Servicing Appointment (and associated job rate) is selected, but upon examination on-site it is found the Appliance is non-operational, the Service description and associated job rate/invoicing will be amended to that of a Fault-Find/Repair.
